Description

The present set-up is designed to study the workingprinciple and calibration procedure of P/I converter and I/P converter. Air pressure is given to both by compressedair supply. Output generated by both converters isobserved and measured. P/I converterpressure input 0-1 bar and gives output 4accordingly, which can be measured using Digital Current Meter and in case of I/P converter, the current input of4-20 m A DC is given to I/P Converter by Digital Current Source and output respmeasured by Bourdon type Pressure Gauge.The set-up is self contained with Air pressure regulator,pressure gauges and necessary piping. All component andaccessories are properly mounted on the rigid MSstructure and fitted on a base plate to form a table topset-up.
